-Needs a reasonable explanation
-Please, no extra content

THANK YOU!

POSTS:

Example:
I believe that the chicken came before the egg because in the holy bible, it explains that god created creatures before their early offspring which in this example specifies the egg. The egg was produced later on when a male and female chicken mated, so for this specific reason, I believe that the chicken came before the egg.

So you think chinese is hard...

Well English is harder. I got a poem from french class to prove that English may be the hardest language in the world. No one in our class but the teacher could get over the third verse in 1:3o minutes. And even if you do, check your pronunciation!

I take it you already know
of tough and bough and cough and dough?
Others may stumble but not you,
on hiccough, thorough, laugh and through.
Well done! And now you wish, perhaps,
to learn of less familiar traps?

Beware of heard, a dreadful word
that looks like beard and sounds like bird.
And dead: it's said like bed, not bead;
For goodness' sake don't call it 'deed'!
Watch out for neat and great and threat
They rhyme with suite and straight and debt.

A moth is not a moth in mother
Nor both in bother, broth in brother,
And here is not a match for there,
Nor dear and fear for bear and pear,
And then there's dose and rose and lose--
Just look them up -- and goose and choose.
And cork and work and cards and ard*ward*

And font and front and word and sword.
And do and go and thwart and cart--
Come, come, I've hardly made a start!
A dreadful language? Man alive!
I'd mastered it when I was five.

1. When peeling off a band aid, dip a cotton ball in olive oil or baby oil and rub it against the sticky parts of the band aid. This will cause it to fall off painlessly.

2. Kick a soccer with the laces, or inside part of your foot. (Never with your toe.)

3. When you want more intelligent words when typing in Microsoft, go to the tools toolbar, and use the thesaurus

4. When you answer the phone and the speaker needs to talk to someone else who is not available in the moment, volunteer to leave a message.

5. When calling over a cat, a rabbit, or any rodent, use the "tsk tsk" sound.

6. When your pencil breaks and you don't have a sharpener, do not use your scissors to shave the pencil.

7. When you have been embarrassed, laugh along with the crowd.

8. When you have a secret confession, do NOT tell a bubbly or poplar girl!

Donald Alvin Wale

Unfortunately, a very bad thing happened to my neighbor a few days ago. He died at the hospital. Later on, my dad found this at thestar.com, and i just wanted to post this article, in memory of Don.

WALE, Donald Alvin - (February 28, 1937 - October 18, 2008) Died peacefully after a lengthy illness with Josie, his beloved wife of 42 years, by his side. Predeceased by parents Tom and Esther Wale and brother Ken, Don is fondly remembered by brothers Harry and Bob as well as nieces and nephews. Don loved life and every day was a good one. An avid reader, he also enjoyed fishing as a long-time member of the Franklin Trout Farm. A celebration of Don's life will be held in the chapel of Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2008. Donations in Don's memory may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre (Palliative Care Unit) in thanks for their wonderful support, or to the OSPCA, Newmarket.
